Diet Tips:Ghar or office ka kam karte karte ladies apne khane peene ka ache se dhyan nhi rakh pati.Jiske karan unki body weak ho jati hai.Health ka dhyan na rakhna kafi khatarnak ho sakta hai.Special un ladies ke liye jo ghr or office dono ko sambhalti hai.Ase mai aapko apna diet chart bana kar usko follow karna chayie jisse aap healthy reh sake.

Nutrition ko apni diet mai add kare

Women’s ko apne diet chart mai nutrition jase Vitamin,Protein,calcium shamil karna chahiye.jisse vo healthy reh sake.Fit or healthy rehne ke liye healthy diet chart hona jaroori hai.

Breakfast mai Milk or Egg

Subh ka breakfast aap ko din bhar energetic rakhta hai or kyi bimario se bhi bachata hai.Ase mai humko subh ka breakfast karna kabhi be nhi bhulna chayie.Subh ke breakfast mai milk,egg,oats,butter bread,conflex or sandwich lena chayie.Aap chahe to 1 cup coffee or chaye be lai sakte hai.Daily diet mai milk jaroor add karna chayie.

Fruits ko kare Diet mai shamil

Fruits khane se hamari body healthy be rehti hai or hamari body mai Nutrition ki kami be fruits khane se poori ho jati hai.Ase mai aap seasonal fruits jase ke Apple,Banana,Papaya or Strawberry ko apni diet ka hissa banaye.Aap subh ke brekfast ke sath sath lunch ke snacks mai be fruits kha sakte hai.

Lunch mai Broccoli or Spinach

Breakfast karne ke kum se kum 4-5 ghnte bad lunch kare.Lunch mai aap seasonal ya green vegetables Dal,Dahi,Chpati kha sakte hai.Iske ilawa aap Broccoli,spinach,Ghiya,kum oil mai bani paneer bhurji bhi lai sakti hai.Salaad mai kheera,kakdi,kishmish,salad ka patta or thoda sa nimbu dalkar khaye.

Dinner mai add kare

Rat ke khane mai aap green Vegetables or brown rice tamato sauce ke sath shamil kar sakte hai.Iske ilava aap rat ke khane mai Carrot, Spinach ya Beans ki sabji ke sath roti be kha sakte hai.

Dinner mai khana kum khaye

Apni dinner diet chart mai kum se kum khana khane ki koshish kare.kyunki rat ko khana jydaa khane se vo digest nhi hota or motapa bad sakta hai.Rat ke khane ke bad aapko ek cup dhi ya thoda sa meetha jaroor khana chayie.Iske ilava is bat ka dhyan rakhna chayie ke sone se 2-3 ghnte phle khana kha lena chayie.

Din mai 10-12 glass pani piye

Daily hame 10-12 glass pani peena chayie.Isse body hydrate rehti hai or body mai energy bni rehti hai.Isi ke sath jydaa pani peene se body active rehti hai or pait ke problems nhi hoti.

Dry fruits

Daily apni diet mai dry fruits bhi khane chayie. Aap ko jo b dry fruit pasand ho jase Badam,Kaju,Akhrot vgera kha sakte hai.Jo aapko healthy rakhne ke sath sath aapke dimag ko be tej karte hai.

Speacial karke in bato ka rakhe dhyaan

Diet chart banane ke bad usko follow jaroor kare or ek sath khane ke bajaye thoda thoda krke khaye.Junk foods ko bilkull be na khaye.Daily Yoga or Exercise kare.yoga karne se hum bhut sari bimario se bache rehte hai or fit be rehte hai.
