Apple:Apple fruits mai sbse jyada faydemand hota hai.Isliye doctor hume daily ek aaple khane ke advice dete hai.jo ladies daily ek apple khati hai unka immunity system bhut acha rehta hai.Isme jo vitamin hote hai vo har trhe ke bimari ke liye faydemand hote hai.jin ladies mai blood ke kami hoti hai vo aaple khane se door ho jati hai.Ise khane se blood suger bhi control mai rehti hai.
