Aaj 21 June 2020 ko poore desh mai *yoga* day manaya ja rha hai.Jase ki aap sab ko pata he hai ke yoga hamare liye bhutt faydemand hota hai.Per aaj bhi bhutt sare ase log hai jinhe nhi pta ke yoga kya hai?isko karne se Hume kitne fayde hote hai.Unhe iske bare mai bhutt kum knowledge hoti hai.Isliye aaj mai aapke liye yoga per post likhne ja rhi hu.jisse jin logo ko inke bare mai nhi pata unko help mil sake.

1.Yoga kya hai?

Yoga sanskrit ke shabad (yujh)se liya gya hai.Jiska arth hai Judna .Yoga ka pehla arth hai judna or doosra arth hai samadhi.Jab tak hum khud ke Antar-aatma se nhi judte tab tuk samadhi karna bhutt mushkil hai.Yoga karne se shareer(body) or aatma ka Milan hota hai.Yeh jindagi ko Jeene ka ek shi or acha moka deta hai.Aasan shabdo mai kahe to mann ko bhatkne na dena or ek jagh tikke rehna he yoga hai.

Geeta mai shri krishan ji ne kha hai ki yoga karmsu koshlum yani yoga se karmo mai kushalta aati hai.

Types of yoga?

1.Raj yoga:Yoga ke doosre arth samadhi ko he Raj yoga kha gya hai.Ise sabhi yogo ka Raja mana gya hai.Isko daily life se kuch Time nikal kar he aatam-nirikshan kiya jata hai.yeh asi saadhna hai jise har koi kar sakta hai. Maharishi Patanjali ne iska name Ashtang yoga rakha hai.

2.Gyaan yoga: Gyaan yoga ko dimag tej karne ka Sabse Asaan tarika mana gya hai.Isse mann ko andhkar yani agyaan ko door kiya jata hai.Kaha jata hai ki aatma ki shudhi gyaan yoga se he hoti hai.Gyaan yoga karne se dimag ka vikas hota hai.Gyaan yoga ko sbse mushkil mana gya hai. Iska arth yeh hai ke khud ki antar-aatma se brehma mai leen ho jana he gyaan yoga kehlata hai.

3.Karam yoga

Karm yoga ko hum is Shaloak ke madhyam se samjhte hai.Yoga karmo kisholyam yani karm mai leen hona.karm yoga ka sidhant hai ki hum vartman mai jo kuch bhi mehsoos karte hai vo hamare kiye gye karmo per adharit hota hai.karm yoga ke jaryie insaan kisi moh maya mai fase bina sansarik kaam karta rehta hai or last mai bhagwan mai leen ho jata hai.

4.Bhakti yoga:Bhakti ka arth hai Divya Prem or yoga ka arth hai judna.Bhagwan shristi,Paraniyo,Pashu-Pakshi ke liye Prem or nishta ko he bhakti yoga mana gya hai. Bhakti yoga kisi bhi umar,dharam,desh,ameer or greeb har insaan kar sakta hai.Har koi kisi na kisi ko apna bhagwan man kar uski pooja karta hai.Bas usi pooja ko Bhakti yoga kha jata hai.

Rules of yoga?

*yoga karne vali jagh saf honi chayie.

*yoga karne waqt pait khali hona chayie.

*yoga karne ka shi waqt subh ka hota hai. Agar kyi bar subh karne ka time na mile or aap din mai kar lai to aapko is bat ka khas dhyaan rakhna chahyie. Yoga krne ke 4 ghnte bad he khana khaye.

*Daily yoga kare.

*Yoga aasan se pehle halka warm-up jaroor kre jisse hamara shreer khul jaye.

*yoga ki starting hamesha Tadaasan se he karni chayie.

*yoga karte waqt negative thinking ko apne mann se nikalne ki koshish Kare.

*yoga ka sbse jaroori rule yeh hai ki ise aram se kare.kisi bhi aasan mai jyada jor na lagaye.Apne body ke hisaab se he kare.

Benifits of yoga?

*yoga karne se hamari body healthy rehti hai.

*yoga karne se hamari body ki safaai ho jati hai.jase ki dhoti kirya karne se hamara liver saf hota hai.

*Hamari body strong hoti hai.Mayur aasan karne se hamare gurde strong hote hai.

*yoga karne se hamari body mai blood circulation hota hai. Usse hamari body ke sabhi parts ache se kam karte hai.sath he body ka temperature control mai rehta hai.

*yoga karne se pait ki gas or kabaj bhi khatam ho jati hai.yeh samasya kisi ko bhi ho sakti hai.Ise thik karne ke liye yoga ek faydemand upaye hai.

*Body mai khi bhi or kbhi bhi pain ho sakta hai.Khaskar jodo mai pain ho to sehna mushkil ho jata hai.Vhi jab aap yoga karte hai to pain sehne ki shakti bad jati hai or yoga karne se yeh dard dheere dheere bilkul khatam ho jati hai.

*Jeevan ko ache se jeene ke liye or kam karne ke liye body mai energy hona bhutt jaroori hai. Isme yoga aapki bhutt help karta hai. Yoga karne se hamari body mai energy aati hai.

*yeh kehna mushkil hai ki yoga karne se cancer poori tarh se thik ho sakta hai ya nhi. Lekin itna jaroor kaha ja sakta hai ki yoga karne se cancer jasi bdi bimari ko kafi had tk thik kiya ja sakta hai.Yoga karne se body mai se dangerous jeevanu khatam ho jate hai or cancer jasi bimari se lada ja sakta hai.
